Wildlife Preserves Inc. is a private, nonprofit land preservation organization dedicated to protecting natural areas, open spaces, and wildlife habitats. Its land is administered as natural areas and wildlife sanctuaries to protect wild animals, plants, and their habitat. Sanctuaries are open to the public for passive recreational uses such as hiking, biking, bird watching, photography, nature observation, and study, with prohibitions against hunting, fishing, trapping, dumping, drones, and off-trail motor vehicles. Visitors are welcome, with events open to the public; registration may be required for some on-site programs.
